The Accounts Receivable Aging report is compiled from the Accumulation Registers for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Receivable (Payment Terms).

Data for the report is automatically gathered based on the date specified by the user in the Quick Settings panel. If no date is set, the system will calculate the data using the current system date of the computer.

The data for Total Balance and Total Overdue in the report is collected as follows:

  • In the Total Balance section, the system shows the unpaid balance for each company.

  • Total Overdue indicates balances that are past due according to the payment terms. If the Total Overdue exceeds 0, the Total Balance amount is highlighted in red to emphasize the overdue status.

For example, if you double-click on the Total Balance amount, you can open a detailed report that provides further insights into the specific invoices and contracts contributing to that total.
