Solution: In order change the stock balance from 1 item to another, you need to do the following:
Received from the supplier.
We create a Production document with the type of Disassembly operation.
Specify the warehouse where the item is listed.
On the second tab, specify our items.
Create two new items, specify the quantity and the shares. 
Generate a report to check your actions.
