Problem: How to prohibit a user access to a specific folder of companies?
Solution: Use restrictions in User Access Rights as shown below.

1. To prohibit access to folder in directory Companies, click on company's name and choose Edit.

At tab Additional Information, specify the access group and save changes:

Please do the same for all Companies whose access should be restricted.
Each company may have an Access Group, so access may be given or prohibited for a particular group.

2. Go to Administration > Users:

Open user for editing:

Open Access Rights:

3. A user may have several User Profiles:

Choose each profile (highlighted in color), set the type of Access Groups of Companies as

• All restricted, without exceptions, or
• All allowed, except of and add Access Groups of the companies, that should be restricted, in the table below:

Every user profile should be given similar settings and once done, Save and close user:

In this way, access to particular companies may be restricted.
