Problem: Error message 'Startup of Infobase Session Is Not Allowed' appears while logging in the infobase.

Solution: Please choose solution due to variant of your infobase as shown below.


The error message 'Startup of infobase session is not allowed' may appear for both - self-hosted and cloud infobases:


Cloud infobase:
Please contact Hotline and attach the screenshot of this error.


Self-hosted infobase:

1. Open 1C infobase and press Change.. and go to Next:

In the Additional startup options, add key '/UCAdmin' and click Finish:


2. In case if error was not fixed by first variant, then go to Change.. and find Infobase directory:


Copy link and open this files directory. Remove .CFL and .CDN files from this directory:
