License Server 1.6 is the systems, which is used to manage licenses in software productsIt is usually installed on the server, where database is located.

After some actions with the server (for example - a sudden reboot, adding memory, etc.), the errors may occur. The most common errors and solutions are listed below:

a) Problem: The license server contains the expired licenses for FirstBit:ERP, for 1CV8:

Solution:

1) Open the license server (located at the server):

2) Click connect:

3) Check is there active license or not (green - active, red - inactive):

In accordance to the error text, it should be inactive:

4) By the instruction License Request Process in FirstBit get the registration key and send it to Hotline. After a while, get the license from Hotline and apply it.


b) Problem: An error occurred during connection to the License Server 1.6 through Licence Service Assistant service. By Reason Of: Could not connect to the license server assistant:

Solution:

1) Check point a)

2) If the license is active - check server name or IP address:

Case 1: error at the server:

License server's IP address can also be called localhost:

Case 2: error at other PC, where the is no license server:

Common settings should have server's name or IP address:

NAME: - in PC's properties:

IP ADDRESS by command CMD:

Text Ipconfig, press Enter and get the IP:

3)If the server name or IP address are correct - check License server Assistant Service Port put 10602, if it is not working - 10600 or 10601:

4) Check jackdaw is enabled (It is only available on the server, but it affects other PCs):
