Description

The Project Estimates Comparison Report is used to compare the original project estimate with one or more variations or revisions made over time. It is used for monitoring project scope and revenue adjustments.

The data is sourced from different versions of Project Estimates, such as the initial estimate, variation estimates, or revised estimates.

Report structure

Generate - Executes the report based on the selected filters or parameters.

Find- Allows users to search within the report for specific text or values.

Collapse/Expand Groups – Show or hide grouped sections in the report.

Print Button- Opens a print preview or directly sends the report to a printer.

Fit to Screen/Zoom Button- Adjusts the report layout to fit within the screen or zooms into specific areas.

Search Button (Magnifying Glass)- An alternate or advanced search tool for locating specific records or entries.

Edit Mode Button- Enables editing mode for the report or screen.

Save disk- Allows formatting or exporting options to be saved to the desk as per required formats, such as to Excel or PDF.

Send- Used to email or forward the report directly to another user or contact.

Project- Description of the project

Code WBS, Project Task: Project tasks broken down by Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). For example:

1, GF - Majlis

2, GF - Sitting

Income Item: The category of income, here mainly "Sales Revenue."

Income Element: Specific deliverables or services within each task, such as "LED TV 46" wide Samsung, "Supply and delivery of center table," or "Supply and installation of wallpaper."

Amount: The monetary value of each item/task for the estimate or revision.

Qty: Quantity associated with each item for the estimate or revision.

Each estimated version appears in its column to simplify side-by-side comparison.
