Users of 1C are able to work not only in a web browser, but also in the 1C client desktop application, called "platform", which could be installed on PCs and laptops:

The application is more stable and faster.

Installer's variants:

32-bit and 64-bit versions.

32 bit OS is for old PC with system type 32-bit operating system, x86-bit based processor (check System type it in This PC > Properties):

64 bit OS is for PC with system type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor (check System type it in This PC > Properties):

Installing process: 

1) Get the needful variant from Hotline or account-manager,

2) Unzip downloaded archive and find the file setup.exe:

Double-click on the file to start installation, then click next:

Select the features

Click Next and Finish on the subsequent windows to complete the installation:

NOTE: Systems Settings means that the application takes region settings of the PC:

3) Add a base: 

Open 1C Enterprise application clicking the icon on your desktop and click "Add" to add a new database in your list:

Select the option to add existing database:

Depending on the type of your database and connection, select the appropriate option, specify details, then click Next and Finish:

4) To check connection, select your database and click "1C:Enterprise":

If everything is done correctly, then you will see the screen presenting user and password input:
