Create a document Opening Balance Entry:

In the Accounting Section, select Other Sections.

Go to the Other Section tab and Click Add:

Fill in the fields that appear:

Click Post and close.
Now we can generate a STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION report, where the authorized capital will be reflected.
