1. In order to modify document view per your needs, use option Change form...
Open document and go to More actions > Change form :
2. In Customize form window, choose fields that you need or do not need to display - tick or un-tick fields and press OK or Apply:
Required fields appear or disappear on the tab:
3. To add a column that is not appearing in the list, use button Add field (choose a related field for detailed information):
Chosen field appears on the tab:
4. To change a field format, choose field > press Format in right side and set parameters (for example, precision or date):
Apply settings to receive corresponding view in the document:
