Problem: How to resolve issue with accessing 1C:FirstBit database on tablet with Android OS?

Solution: Use the Check-list below.


To diagnose the case of issue, ask the customer following questions (depends on situation):


1) When did this error first appear?

2) Did the program on your tablet work correctly until now?

3) If possible, send screenshots or photos showing error message.

4) At what moment does the error appear, immediately when you log in or when you perform a certain action?

5) What version of Android OS installed on the tablet?

6) Is there enough free memory on the tablet?

7) Do you use mobile application, or browser to access to database?  If it’s browser, which browser you are using on your tablet?

8) Please specify, which users are experiencing this problem?

9) Have you tried reinstalling the application on the tablet?

10) Have you cleared the application cache?


If issue related to printing you can ask also these questions:

11) Can you please tell me which version of the print form out of these three you are using?

12) Check if the printers are configured and connected to your tablet.

13) Please, specify at what stage the program closes, at the stage of forming a print form or when you send it to the printer.


You can give these advices to customer:


1) Try to download the application installation file from this link and installing, or reinstalling it, if you already have Application installed on your tablet. Note: you need to uninstall the old application first and then install the new one. 


2) To fix the error, try clearing your browser cache.  We recommend using Google Chrome browser or install the app on your tablet. 


3) If you are using mobile Application, clear cache of this application (use user guide for your device).
