Problem: How to reflect the return of the deposit to the client (cash).
Solution: In order to reflect the return of the deposit to the client (cash), please follow the steps below:

Create a sales document.


In the tubular part, specify the service and the deposit.

Create a document Cash Receipt with the transaction type from Customer.


Specify the sales document.

Create a purchase document with the transaction type Receipt from Vendor.


In the tubular part, specify the Commission for acquiring.

Create a Credit Note document to reduce the volume of the sales document with the transaction type Mutual Settlements Adjustment.


Specify the sales document.

Create document Cash payment with the transaction type To Customer to refund the deposit.


Specify the credit note.

Create a Mutual Settlement document with the Mutual Settlement transaction type, to offset the advance.


Specify the sales document.


Specify the purchase document.
