Problem- The below error message appears when trying to log into the base
Solution-
In case an info-base lock appears do the below step-
1) Go to change option > Next > Add/Use the additional parameter /UCAdmin in the additional start-up option > Finish
2) The error should be fixed; in case it doesn’t do the next step too-
- a) copy the path ( click on change >Info base directory)
2) Use the link, and open it from the files directory
3) Open the documents and delete the CFL and CDN files
