Question: Why there is no Business activity analytics in Trial Balance report, whencalculating the exchange rate differenceat the end of the month?
Answer: It depends of Cost Allocation Settings 7.1.3. Cost Allocation Settings:
Business Activity is an analytical dimension used to classify transactions by type of business or operational segment.
К примеру, у Вас настроено, что при закрытии месяца, бух/счета с типом PL Non Operating Expenses Example 1: PL Non-Operating Expenses (Losses on exchange differences) при отнесении на финансовый результат распределяются соответственно объему выручки и в таком случае аналитика (вид деятельности и подразделение) также подтягивается из документов, формирующих выручку за период.
При начислении курсовой разницы по валютному счету - она подтягивается из первоначальных документов, по которым были проведены оплаты (Invoice. Invoice Received, Payroll Calculation) с соответствующего валютного счета
и при закрытии месяца аналитика в отчете видна
Если поменять настройку распределения затрат при закрытии месяца и списывать как прямые расходы, сразу на финансовый результат Profit/Loss, аналитика подтягиваться не будет. Такая логика программы. К сожалению, поменять настройки и поставить только одну конкретную аналитику по Виду деятельности не представляется возможным.
