The Human Resources and Payroll (HR and & Payroll) module provides the functionality that you can use to keep records of employees, their employment contracts, and changes to these contracts. You can create time sheets to register the time that the employees spent on work and other activities; calculate payment amounts based on employee worked time, salary, and benefits; process vacations and sick leaves.
Module Addons:
- WPS: This addon allows your entity to pay to employees via the wages-protection system directly to their bank accounts.
- Loans to Employees: With this addon, you will be able to provide loans to employees, set up terms for loan repayment by posting loan agreements, deduct the monthly interest and principal amounts from earnings or receive a lump sum at the loan expiration.
- Payroll Deductions: This addon provides the functionality for processing payroll deductions and creating deferrals.
- End-of-Service Calculations: This functionality enables correct calculation of end-of-service gratuity payments to employees on termination of their employment and enables you company to gradually accumulate the appropriate funds, that is, maintain provisions.
Master Data
You will need to create master records for individuals, employees, positions, earning, deduction, and benefit types, types of vacations and sick leaves, and other objects before you can start creating or importing the payroll-related documents.
Human Resources Documents
The documents in this section are used to register hiring of employees, the changes of their employment terms, and termination of employment. In case of employment termination, you can easily calculate the final pay including compensation for unused vacations and the end-of-service gratuity amount.
Payroll Documents
Under this heading, you will find the main types of documents used for payroll accounting: Payroll Calculations, End-of-Service Benefit Calculations, Payroll Sheets, and some other.
You will be able to calculate monthly paycheck amounts based on each employee's contract terms. With this module enabled, you can include the monthly calculation of the end-of-service benefits, earned vacation days, and corresponding vacation pay in the procedure of month-end closing.
Time Tracking Documents
Using documents in this section, Time Sheets, Vacations, Sick Leaves, Other Absences, you can easily and efficiently track the time the employees worked and were absent at their work.
Reports
The reports for the HR and Payroll module provide you with summary and detailed information on company employees, their accrued benefit amounts, loans provided to employees and repayment of these loans, available vacation days and accumulated vacation pay, and more.
