In case if you need to change format or font or some displayed settings of fields in print form of documents you should open Administration > Service Tools > Print Form Templates.
There you should find a print form which you need to edit.

If you need to make a change with format of cells in print form template, you should highlight cell you needed and click with right button of mouse to use Properties pallette:
