Solution-

The Infobase session is not allowed error messages can appear on both self-host and cloud bases. Below are the steps for the respective types

a) Self-host databases

In case an info-base lock appears do the below step-

1) Go to change option > Next > Add/Use the additional parameter /UCAdmin in the additional start-up option > Finish

2) The error should be fixed; in case it doesn’t do the next step too-

  1. a) copy the path ( click on change >Info base directory)

2) Use the link, and open it from the files directory

3) Open the documents and delete the CFL and CDN files

b) Cloud database- Contact hotline with the screenshot of the error

: Error message 'Startup of Infobase Session Is Not Allowed' appears while logging in the infobase.

Solution: Please choose solution due to variant of your infobase as shown below.


The error message 'Startup of infobase session is not allowed' may appear for both - self-hosted and cloud infobases:

Self-hosted infobase:

1. Open 1C infobase and press Change.. and go to Next:

In the Additional startup options, add key '/UCAdmin' and click Finish:

2. In case if error was not fixed by first variant, then go to Change.. and find Infobase directory:

Copy link and open this files directory. Remove .CFL and .CDN files from this directory:
