If the client wants to fill the responsible person the "Responsible Person" field to be filled automatically in all the document documents where responsible this field is available. do the below needfulGo to quick menu > Pesonal settings , follow these steps:
Navigate to Quick Menu > Personal Settings and make the necessary configurations.
Once the personal settings After the Personal Settings page opens, go navigate to default values Default Values and fill enter the responsible person Responsible Person field. Once it is added, close this page. The the page—the settings will be saved automatically.
You will see the responsible person will be filled in each and every 
will notice that the Responsible Person field is automatically filled in every document where this field is available.
Note-
a) This setting can be configured by a user with full access rights. An admin can open a specific user profile and assign the #ResponsiblePerson field. Once set, it will automatically apply to the designated user.
b) If User A is the assigned user and User B is set as the #ResponsiblePerson in personal settings, User B will be automatically filled in every document where the field is present.
