In case if you need to change format or font or some displayed settings of fields in print form of documents you should open Administration - > Service Tools - > Print Form Templates.
There you should find a print form which you need to edit.

Open chosen template For Edit:
If you need to make a change with format of cells in print form template, you should highlight cell you needed and click with right button of mouse to use Properties pallette:

- Picture- download picture from disk;
- Picture size might be chosen among system variants:
(to fit with area where picture should be shown).

After making changes it cell's properties palette, close Properties, close template of print form.
In window with Print Form Templates push Complete :
And after this action, you may check changes by generating print form which template was edited.
