Solution: Use option Limit Access on Record Level as shown below.


To restrict the User's access to Entities in the database, follow the steps:


1. Go to Administration > Service Settings and enable option Limit Access on Records Level:

2. Go to Administration > Users:

 3. Open user's Access Rights:

4. Choose Entities in upper section and change All allowed to All restricted.
    Add exceptions in lower section if any, department, cash can't see or only see that one.
    The upper table part for the condition. The bottom one is the selection itself.

Save and close.
