Clearing of cache
⦁ Go to folder C:\Users\Firstbit\AppData\Local\1C\1cv8 and delete cache . AppData folder can be hidden. Press View – enable Hidden items option.
⦁ Then go to folder C:\Users\Firstbit\AppDataIf Firstbit software is slow or unresponsive on a specific user's laptop but functions well for others, this manual will guide you through the steps to clear the cache for optimal database performance.
Before clearing the cache, make sure to close the 1C FirstBIT application.
- Open My PC > Local Disk C:
Open Users Folder:
Select current user account:
Enable Hidden items in the View option and select AppData folder.
Go to folders \Local\1C\1cv8 and \Roaming\1C\1cv8 and also delete cache there .
⦁ Open 1C platform in Designer mode.
4. Use the button “I” on control panel. There is information about (cache are files which have alphabets and digits as file names):
- For on-premise clients (self-hosted), you need to clear an additional folder. To do this, open the About option in the main window of the application.
There is information about the Directory in the window “About”. 5. :
Go to this folder and delete all files, which have format .cfl and .cdn:
