You can take backup in 2 ways Anchor
1. To Designer-To take a backup from Designer (recommended) : Anchor takebackup1 takebackup1
Select the Database and Click on Designer:

Go to Administration > Active usersUsers:
Only the Administrator's username and the Designer application should be available listed in the Active Users list:

Open 1c program and Add database:
Choose Create InfoBase:
Choose option to create an InfoBase without a configuration:
Specify Infobase name:
Put a directory and language:
Finish creating a Database:
Select the Database and Click on Designer:

Go to Administration > Active users:
Only your username should be available in the Active Users list:
To restore a backup, go to Administration > Restore Infobase:
Choose the file and open it:
Agree with the message:
A pop-up message will appear once InfoBase is restored successfully:
Proceed with restart of Designer or open Database in user mode as usual:
