Use system service tools Document Posting as shown.
The FirstBit configurations provides several possible options for group posting of documents - depending that depends on the user 's goals for this action.
1. If the user needs to re-post group of one type documents for a certain period.
For example, the user needs to re-post Invoice Received documents for a month - in this case, the user can select the documents he needs in the list form (with Shift and Ctrl buttons), and then re-post the documents through the menu as it shown on picture below(this meny may be shown with mouse right button):
2. In case when user needs to re-post some types of documents for period. For this action user should have Administrator access profile.

After making all settitngs - choosing document types, set period and checkboxes - user should push POST button and system will complete it and show notification about it

3. In case if user need to post (re-post) documents connected to certain system Registers. In this case user should understand logic how system works - how documents create records in registers and then system collect data from registers for reports generation. For this action user should have Administrator access profile.

- In left area it is shown the whole list of system registers (Accumulation registers, Informational registers, and General Ledger accounting register). User may highlight register which he needs and system would show documents connected to selected registed as recorders in right area.
- User may select (mark checkboxes) docuemnt types in right area - that types which should be reposted and it will be additionally shown in the bottom area.
- User may set period for selected document types in the top of tool form (if there will not be selected period - system will post/ re-pots all document with selected types).
- On Options tab user maymark additional settings.
When As all settings will be are done, user should push Repost Documents buttton to complete it with notification. Then notification 'Reposting completed!' appears.
