Problem: How to create an access profile with a limitation on certain documents

Solution: Sales module access is needed with the limitation of reports

and No access to Invoices.


1) Go to Administration > Access group profiles > select Sales manager profile and click on copy option.:

b2) Add a description for this profile and click on Selected Roles only-

c3). The screenshot shows the roles, once disabled it goes off from the list of selected roles.

For limitation of Reports - disable the roles, Reports, and data processors Sales Manager, Use reports statement of Mutual settlement and Use reports options.

For Limitation of Invoice document, disable Add and Edit Document Invoice:

4) Once the above settings are done, Users should be given the rights.

Go to Administration > User > Open , open the respective User and give access to User profile:

e5) The user who has limited rights can should see the below.

When trying to open an Invoice, a system message appears:

Reports section will remain empty:
