Solution:

The date of prohibition can be set when users shouldn’t enter any data after the Month end closing.


NOTE Only users with Administrator access rights can change the settings or add restrictions.


1. Set date of prohibition from Administration:

  • Common date, which means any addition of data before this date will be restricted.

  • manually change the date after every month-end closing or select the required settings from the prohibition date drop-down.

Be noted-Only an Administrator can change the settings or add the restrictions.

  • By Section, which means the setting of prohibition for the particular section available by default. Here you can put the common date or elect another available option:

  • By Section and Objects, which means the same set of prohibitions as in the previous option but it is used for multi-entity companies to set the different dates or options for different entities. Use the Pick object button to select Entity:

b) By users option. Using this option prohibition date can be set per user, restricting only a particular user to change the data, or setting different dates per users. The same parameters (By section, by section, and by object) can be set per user as well.

3. In order to check the settings, generate a report of restriction:
