Problem: How Can I change the date format from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY?
Solution: Use Regional Settings in Designer
1) . Open the software in Designer Mode (if Designer mode is unavailable from your local computer you need to open the program from the server).
In order to log in Designer mode you should have Admin access, account credentials for log in are the same:
2) . In Designer Mode go to Administration - select Regional Infobase settings: 
3) . In Language (country) field, select English (United Kingdom) and press OK:
Please note that while 
NOTE While applying above settings all users should be logged out from the system.
You can check active session from Administration - Active sessions.
