LicenseServer1.6 is the systems,which is usedtomanagelicensesinsoftwareproducts based on the 1C enterprise.

It is usuallyinstalledon1 PC,whichis the serveror the main PC.

Aftersomeactionswith the server or the main PC (for example, a sudden reboot of the server, adding memory to the server, etc.), the errorsmayoccur. 

Themostcommon errors andsolutions are listed below:

a) Problem: The license server contains the expired licenses for FirstBit:ERP, for 1CV8:

Solution:

1) Open the license server (located at the server or main PC):

2) Click connect:

3) Check is there active license or not (green - active, red - inactive):

In accordance to the error text, it should be inactive:

4) By the instruction License Request Process in FirstBit get the registration key and send it to Hotline: 

5) Get the license from Hotline and apply it:

b) Problem: An error occurred during connection to the License Server 1.6 through Licence Service Assistant service. By Reason Of: Could not connect to the license server assistant:

Solution:

If the license is active:

Case 2: error at other PC, where the is no license server:

How to find it: 

NAME: Find Server's or main PC's Name in PC's properties:

IP ADDRESS: Find server's or main PC's IP address by command CMD:

Text Ipconfig, press Enter and get the IP:

3) License server Assistant Service Port put 10602, if it is not working, try 10600 and 10601:

4) Check that below jackdaw is enabled (It is only available on the server's or main PC's, but it affects other PCs):
