Weight- Indicates each task’s contribution to the overall project progress, usually as a percentage. Higher weight means more impact on cumulative progress.

Quantity – Shows work progress in terms of units and is divided into:

• Previous – Quantity completed before this the current report (not.

• Current Report – New quantity reported as completed during this Quantity newly completed in this reporting cycle. 

• Estimated – Total planned or expected or planned quantity for that task the task.

Also split into – Indicates task completion in percentage and includes:

• Previous – Progress % achieved before this report.

• Current Report – % Progress added in the current update.

• Cumulative – Total progress to dateso far.
