Solution: there are several solutions to the issue
1) If you work in browser, needful language should be set in browser settings:

2) If you work in desktop application:
a) Use additional starting option to run thin client (or thick client) - add key "/Len" for the language:

If it did not help , then:b) Set the needful language in the PC's settings:Open the controlpanel of yourPCandset the language in regionalparameters:
Restart the PC

c) Re-install the application:
