You can take backup in 2 waysBackups can be taken in two ways:
1. To Designer-To take a backup from Designer (recommended) :Anchor takebackup1 takebackup1
Select the Database and Click on Designer:
Please check if there are Before starting the backup, check for any active users before starting backup. Since any session is active, it can , as their sessions could interrupt the process.
Go to Administration > Active usersUsers:
Only the Administrator's username and the Designer application should be available listed in the Active Users list:
To take/dump To create a backup, go to Administration > Dump Info baseBase:
Choose the location and save the file:

Go to Administration > Service Tools >Database backup:
