You can take backup in 2 ways

1. To take a backup from Designer (recommended):

Select the Database and Click on Designer:

Please check if there are any active users before starting backup. Since any session is active, it can interrupt the process.

Go to Administration > Active users:

Only Administrator's username should be available in the Active Users list:

 To take/dump a backup, go to Administration > Dump Info base:

Choose the location and save the file:

A pop-up message will appear once the process is complete:

Go up



2.  Backup from Database:

Go to Administration > Service Tools >Database backup:

Please check if there are any active users before taking. Since any session is active, it can interrupt the process.

In this purpose go to Administration > Active users:

Choose the location to save the backup file and click on Back Up Now:

Below messaged will be received once backup is done:

3. To restore a backup in a new database from Designer:

Create a base before and then restore the backup.

Open 1c program and Add database:

Choose Create InfoBase:

Choose option to create an InfoBase without a configuration:

Specify Infobase name:

Put a directory and language:

Finish creating a Database:

Select the Database and Click on Designer:

Please check if there are any active users before restoring. Since any session is active, it can interrupt the process.

Go to Administration > Active users:

Only your username should be available in the Active Users list:

 To restore a backup, go to Administration > Restore Infobase:

Choose the file and open it:

Agree with the message:

A pop-up message will appear once InfoBase is restored successfully:

Proceed with restart of Designer or open Database in user mode as usual:

Go up
