A useful tool for verifying the accuracy of the data entry is the file template upload feature. When importing data from an Excel file, you can hover over the upper right corner of each column in the template to see a prompt about the required format for that column.

The user should manually enter the data into the system when the user clicks the "Import from Excel" 
button. Copy from Excel and paste on the below screen, by filling out the import template manually, you can test the data upload process and identify any errors in the data entry.
