Project costing report Project Revenue Analysis is located in Project Costing - Reports - Project Revenue Analysis.
The report provides detailed information on project actual revenue as compared to the revenue estimates. User can filter the data by Entity, Project, Project Task and Status.
To avoid overloading the report form with data, there is a selected fields section in the Quick Settings panel, where the user can independently specify a list of calculated fields that will be displayed in the report. By default all avaliable fields marked active.
Project Revenue Analysis report form
Project Revenue Analysis report collected from Accumulation Registers Project Estimates (with filter Project, Project status).
How system collects data into report form:
The report consists of three sections - Quantity, Price, Amount.
Each section has 3 columns: Estimated, Actual and Variance.
How to check the amounts in each section:
Quanity section:
1. Quantity estimated: it is value from Project Estimates document. User has the opportunity to open the details of a given cell directly from the report form (by double clicking the mouse):
User can compare data in Project Estimates document and in Report.
2. Quantity Actual: it is posiible to open detailed records for Actual quantity (double click on this cell):
here might be following documents:
- Phased Revenue Recognition;
- Invoice;
- Project Revenue Recognition.
For example detailed records:
3. Variance column calculated as Estimated quantity - Actual Quantity.
Price Section:
- Price Estimated: it is value from Project Estimates document. User has the opportunity to open the details of a given cell directly from the report form (by double clicking the mouse).
This value system also collect as it was in Project Estimates document (see detailed repord in p.1 Quantity Estimated).
2. Price Actual - same as Quantity Actual
it is posiible to open detailed records for Actual price (double click on this cell):

3. Variance column calculated as Estimated Price - Actual Price.
Amount Section:
- Estimated Amount: it is value from Project Estimates document. User has the opportunity to open the details of a given cell directly from the report form (by double clicking the mouse):
2. Actual Amount - same as Quantity Actual
it is posiible to open detailed records for Actual price (double click on this cell):

3. Variance column calculated as Estimated Amount - Actual Amount.
Total Revenue for project in report is in groupping Project:
User also may compare amounts from report with data about Project Revenue on Diagrams Tab in Project form (in Projects Catalog) - Revenue and Costs diagram:
Here left column - is Revenue (Estimated) Amount, next to it - Revenue (actual).
It is also possible to check operations on Table tal with Revenue and Costs diagram.
