This document is used to assign resources (Employee, position, Fixed assets, Items) by projects.
There are two types of Allocations: Long term planning and Period planning.
Long term will fix/allocate employee or fixed asset for particular project till future changes whereas short term is allocating resources for specific period. This document can be used for future time card filling.
