Problem: I want to restrict users to change posted documents from a particular date, how can I set the prohibition?
Solution: The date of prohibition can be set when users shouldn’t enter any data after the Month end closing. Only users with Administrator access can change the settings or add restrictions.
1). Set date of prohibition from Administration:
2) In . In the prohibition date settings, select the required option i.e. for all users or Users wise by using the drop-down option available on the field prohibition date settings:
a) For all users option. Prohibition date can be:

b) By users option. Using this option prohibition date can be set per user, restricting only a particular user to change the data, or setting different dates per users. The same parameters (By section, by section, and by object) can be set per user as well.
3). In order to check the settings you can , generate a report of restriction:
