Solution: Use option Limit Access on Record Level as shown below.
To restrict the User's access to Entities in the database, follow the steps:
1. Go to Administration > Service Settings and enable option Limit Access on Records Level:
2. Go to Administration > Users:
3. Open user's Access Rights:
4. Choose Entities in upper section and change All allowed to All restricted.
Add exceptions in lower section if any, department, cash can't see or only see that one.

You can also configure the rights for the positions you need. For example:It is very important to add settings for each assigned user profile, so that the user cannot see the data of another company (the settings should be the same).
