Before clearing the cache 1c FirstBIT application should be closed.
1) Open My PC > Local Disk C:

Enable Hidden items in View option and select AppData folder:
AppData folder can be hidden. Press View – enable Hidden items option.
⦁ Then go to folder C:\Users\Firstbit\AppDataПo to folders \Local\1C\1cv8 and \Roaming\1C\1cv8 and also delete cache there.
⦁ Open 1C platform in Designer mode.
