The system allows a log in of a limited number of users simultaneously.
This amount of simultaneous users is determined by purchased license or licenses.
1. To check how many users are in the system at the moment, go to Administration > Service Tools > Active Users:
2. Find table with users who entered the system and have database opened at the moment, type of used application (Thin client, Web client, Mobile application) and time of start sessions:
3. Each session takes 1 license. If one user have two session, then control if it's correct or not.
In case, if a session accidentally hangs and the user logs in again, then terminate the earlier session using the button Terminate session:
4. The main reason of hung session is incorrect users log out.
Please be sure that users terminate the session properly - press LOG OUT in the upper right corner:
5. Refresh Active Users list to be sure that user's session was terminated:
