How to create restriction of Entities per User


In order for the user to have restricted access to data from other organizations available in the database with which he does not work (if an employee of company A is not required to view any data related to company B), the following steps must be taken:
Go to Administration > Service settings > Click on Limit access on records level.

Go to Administration > Users > Access Rights.






Choose which Entities, department, cash can't see or only see that one. The upper table part for the condition. The bottom one is the selection itself.







You can also configure the rights for the positions you need. For example:





It is very important to add settings for each assigned user profile, so that the user cannot see the data of another company (the settings should be the same).

Save and close.
