1) In Purchase Order List press More Action - Change Form

2) Select List Option

3) Select "Ref" Option - press "Add Field". Any of the available fields can be selected further, in this case we put check mark for "Customer Order" option. Then press Ok and Apply. 

4) Linked Customer Order will appear in the list of Purchase orders:
