The Reason

The reason of that - we use temporary use Let's Encrypt SSL certificates temporary, but some PC running by Widows 7 are not doesn't have in the CA in their default certificate stores.Bellow the Trusted SSL Store the Let's Encrypt CA Certificates.

The Fix

Please note that the following steps need to do once one a single Windows7 PC.

Please do bellow steps to fix:

• Download Intermediate CA certificate from here -  

  View file
  name isrg.cer height 250

  certificate

• Double click on downloaded certificate
• Click install certificate

• Choose "Place all certificates in the following store" and click next

• If you have warning like that, please confirm by clicking yes

• After successful installation you will see such information
